Courtney and I were so happy.....we got to go out on a Date Night on Saturday night with NO kids for the first time in a long while!! And we got to go with our friends! We'd been trying to coordinate this for a long time and we finally were able to pull it off. We went out to a restaurant called Osaka's Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar out in Destin. It was sooo good!! I have become a big fan of sushi... we even make our own at home sometimes which is really fun. But it took a while for me to like the taste....but thanks to some friends here who are big sushi fans and introduced me too it.....we now really like it and going to Osaka's sealed the deal for me. There are so many different kinds of sushi out there!! I found even more that I liked although I still stay away from anything with eel, octopus, or fish eggs in it!! =oP
Anyway, we had a great time hanging out with our friends and then we got custard ice cream from a place called Shakes on the way home and that topped the night off.

I'm so jealous! Russ got a bunch of money for his graduation when we were living down there and I begged him to use some of it to take us out to Osaka's! He just couldn't bring himself to spend $100 for the 2 of us to eat dinner... haha, he's cheap :) Looks like you guys had fun though!
