Saturday we went and watched 'Horton Hears a Who' with our great friends Rob & Kristen who were down visiting us from Maxwell AFB, AL. They have 3 kids and we have 4 so it was quite a circus getting tickets, getting them all inside, finding seats, getting popcorn and drinks situated. Also, we took up a whole middle row!! haha Anyway, really cute movie. The kids had a good time and loved it. I ended missing the first 1/2 hour of the movie because when I went to sit down after the movie had started, I didn't know I was standing in slick butter all over the floor so my feet slipped out from under me as I landed in the seat and my toe hit the hard metal of the chair in front of me. (all while holding Gabe mind you!!) I seriously thought I broke it as it started burning, stinging and throbbing with pain. My friend Kristen took Gabe from me and I went out into the hall to access the damage. It had cracked across a huge chunk of my toenail and was bleeding. I went back in to get Courtney who was on the other end of the aisle with the girls and he went and grabbed a manager and got a first aid kit. It is doing alright now, I just can't put my foot into a closed toe shoe just yet. What a pain!!

Oh my gosh, my toe is hurting now. Did you at least milk some free popcorn or movie ticket out of it? I'm glad that you're okay.
