We're Home Owners!!!!

Well, we want to report that all went well at closing on Thursday and we are officially now home owners!!! We got our keys right away and came and unloaded what we had moved to our new house. We then set out to buy a fridge....that was a nightmare in itself....I almost got in cat fight with a lady over one that was clearanced at Lowe's.......to make a long story short, I was the better person and let her have it even though I had said I wanted it before she did.

Friday and Saturday we got busy with painting and had a wonderful show of family members come and help us both days. We could not have done it w/out them!!!! What would have taken us 2 weeks to do ourselves...took us 2 days!!!!! We had an average of about 10 people here helping us paint!!!! My mom watched the girls for us and Aunt Jackie watched Gabe while we closed and painted and that was such a HUGE help and stress load off there too!!! THA NK YOU FAMILY FOR BEING OF SERVICE TO US!!!! You know who you are!! We love you all!!!

Today we RESTED! hahaha It was nice to go to church and then come back and hang out. Papa & Cindy (my grandpa) came up for a visit.....we found out we're only about 45 mins from them so we will get to see them more often. Then we had more cousins and aunts & uncles come by to say hi. It is going to be so fun living so close to our awesome family!

We get our stuff on Wednesday!!!! yay!! Then we can start setting up house. We have a couple small projects we can work on until then and I need to go through and clean house since we're done making a mess from painting. I will post again once we get our stuff and get our computer set up. I'm anxious to take 'after' pictures and post them so you all can see the awesome tranformation that has taken place in this house just from painting! Its amazing what a little paint will do.
