On Sunday, we had Uncle Tim & Aunt Windy over and Tim wanted to experiment and make Granny Hinson's chicken & dumplings since he hadn't made them in a couple years. I always make her famous yeast biscuits so I whipped some up and we had a Granny Hinson Feast!! It was so neat to enjoy a meal that she used to make and reminisce about the good ole days when she and Papaw were still here.
