One of the best gifts I got for my birthday was my Mama coming to spend her 2 days off with me. I really enjoy the times we have when she is here visiting and hanging out.
She treated us to dinner of my choice and we ate at Gringo's Mexican Kitchen for the first time......it was by far the best tex-mex place (and service) I have eaten at so far......
even beating out my long-time fav.....Casa Ole'!

While here she also had to do her 'Mimi' duties and had lunch at school with the girls.
Taylor & Jayde requested McDonalds (of course) and Devyn wanted Subway.
They were loving having one on one time with her.

I love Gringos too. I ate at one in San Antonio. My kids loved the soft serve Ice cream machine that they could use. Not sure if all Gringos have one, but that sure made my kids love the place!
