Courtney geared up and headed out for his lonnggg run last night around 9pm.

way to go babe!!!!As for me....I was up at 4am and out the door by 4:45am this morning to do my long run. (yes...you read that time right!!)
Courtney had to leave the house at 7:15am for a class so I had to get it in before he left.

Just kidding. I'm totally jealous that you are accomplishing yet another big race!
Good JOB you guys! Wow.. what an inspiration!! I can't imagine running for 5 hours straight like Courtney did.. CRAZY! But cool :) I hope Gabe sleeps through the night if you're getting up that early! way to go!
Why did you have to move away?? I need some of that motivation to rub off on me this winter!
