Onions, Onions, and more Onions!!!

I went up to my parents to get some onions from my Daddy's garden......

we dug up a bunch,
washed em up,

peeled some of the yucky skins off,

then counted them as we put them in bags........

so what do you do with FIFTY FIVE
softball-size onions???????

First off....you dehydrate a BUNCH......

then 2nd of all.....
you find things to cook with them like a
a REALLY GOOD French Onion Soup recipe......
