Can you believe that I actually convinced my kids to stay in on Halloween night instead of going trick or treating?!?!! I'm pretty shocked that they agreed to it. When we got home from the Air Show we were all exhausted and beat from being in that sun.
I whipped up some homemade chili and we had frito pie. Then we watched a redbox movie and had snacks.
(It was much more relaxing than going out to get more candy that we didn't need!!!)

I probably won't be able to get away with it again next year...but I'm grateful we didn't have to get all dressed up a second time this year.
