Well, I am still 'great with child' for those who are wondering. Not by choice though that's for sure!! I'm ready for this little man to get here!! He has completely run out of room but still likes to stretch, roll, grapple, dance....whatever he's doing in there...... like he has all the room in the world in there still! So needless to say I am now at the point of miserable! I have had contractions all week long....starting last Sunday night, the 23rd which was a full moon, they were 20 mins apart till Wed night then they went to 10 mins apart until yesterday. Now they have stopped and are just sporatic so I've been so frustrated becauase I thought it was getting close.
My 39 week check up was yesterday and I still have not dilated past 1cm....even after all those contractions this week!!! ugh!! To make it even worse the mid-wife even said if I had been dilated to at least 3 cm she would have sent me upstairs to Labor & Delivery!!! another ugh!!!! hehe So we are sitting around just waiting for something to happen....pretty much impatiently now.
My mom got here Wed night and so we are ALL ready for him to be here so we can see him and hold him! I think my mom has jinxed me though....she wants him born on Jan 1st which was her dad's birthday......looks like she'll get her wish at this rate. If he doesn't get here on his own....they won't induce me until 10 days after my due date....which is JAN 13TH!!!! All I can say is that he had better not be THAT stubborn and wait that long to get here or I will probably loose my mind!

I remember hating the 39th week! Blah! So close, you just want to get it over with! Well, today is January 1st, I'm writing this hoping that you're in labor right now :)
