Two weeks ago on April 5th, Devyn ran her THIRD 5K and this time she ran it by HERSELF!! I was so proud of her!! She didn't want us to do it with her this time. I think it was a huge confidence boost for her to know that she could do it on her own. She will run one more in May.
This 5K was in Navarre and it was 'Running Wild for the Zoo' that raised money for our local Zoo. They had a really good turnout and the newspaper said that they raised more than $7500 for the cause.
