Found out that my aunts beach cabin in Crystal Beach (used to be owned by my grandparents) is now completely gone! I grew up going there every summer and I am so sad that Bolivar Peninsula will never be the same again and my kids will not know it as I did.

Some good news.........
Our power at house is supposed to be restored this evening hopefully. I am going to try and go home tomorrow if it is.

Oh Carman..I am so sorry to hear that. The damage was terrible. Thank goodness our family was all safe though!
