Date Night

Courtney & I finally got to go on a date night tonight.....it'd been a while!!

(On a side note......we're trying to *commit* to doing some sort of date night every week....like we're already supposed to be doing but because of kids, schedules, money, time, etc we haven't been doing.........so if any of you have any fun, creative, inexpensive, date night ideas PLEASE let me know.....either leave your ideas in the comments or email them to me! I'd like to compile a list that we could take turns picking from.)

tonight we went to.......
so we got to order from a full menu and have dinner while we were watching the movie.......
now THAT'S the way to go!!!!!!

We had fried pickles for an appetizer, then Court had a chicken finger basket with a vanilla shake and I ordered chicken fajita soft tacos........
all while we watched the good but very tense movie of.........

and because it was based on a true story.....
we learned a lot of little known facts about that war.

Yum, I love fried pickles! And you look really cute in a hat. cute picture of you two.

As for date nights, we've done the batting cage and the rock climbing gym....plus dinner of course. It's fun.

You may just have had my favorite date. We don't have somewhere where you can eat and see the movie at the same place. I'm jealous. So looking forward to that movie too. That is our next date nite!

So other things to do then -- I'll think about it. My fave is the PBR or rodeo but not always an option.
