Dogwood Trail Ride

It was time once again for the annual
Dogwood Western Weekend Trail Ride.
Its a 2 day event ending in a parade
through Woodville, TX.

This year the weather did not cooperate as well.....
Friday made for some crazy times and experiences with all the rain & mud with even the threat of a tornado 15 miles down the road from where we were and then it turned beautiful but freezing and windy weather for Saturday.

Courtney stayed home with Gabe since he had been sick
while the girls and I went on up for all the fun!
(He ended up being the smart one! haha)

FRIDAY

starts raining! Lucky for us we stayed dry.

my car was all clean and shiny when I got to my parents!
this was after Friday and Sat of traveling down dirt or muddy roads.

this is also how you have to dress
when its muddy out in the country.

In the parade we won the 'Longest Trail Ride'
for the 2nd year in a row!!!
